: D44 Knuckles

I am wondering if the knuckles in a 78 Ford D44 are the same as a chev D44? if so I should be able to swap 8 bolt chevy knuckles, spindles, hubs, brakes over to the ford axle?

Chevy knuckles and spindles use 6 bolts for both 1/2 and 3/4 ton. I thought Ford uses 5 bolts for the spindles and knuckles. I am not sure about the 3/4 ton Fords.

The knuckles are all the same even though the spindle patterns are different..just use the spindle that cane with the knuckle..
