I just thought I'd update you all. I broke my short side Birf Eliminator inner axle in the end of September, sent it back to Keith and he said he would warranty it and I would have the new one in the middle of October. Well I haven't heard from him since. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Buruea and the Washington State Attorney Generals Office. No Luck with either of those agency's. :( Since the long side of my kit was still in tact I decided to see what would break first, the long side Redline axle or the short side stock birf. Guess what broke last weekend, the Redline kit. If you ever have the chance of doing business with Keith Warren, DON'T!!!!! He seems like a nice guy when talk to him but all he has done to me is lie. :( OK, I'm done ranting now. :D

BTW: Keith Warren, if you're reading this, :flipoff: :flipoff:

Keith is long gone I heard he filed BKY and is no longer in business...this shit sucks and he obviously has an inerior product(and skills from some of the axles he has setup)

Are you still coming up? I am going to see Jim tommorrow and resolve my case problems!!!!!

I can verify that he has gone bankrupt (and I lost $3500 to the turd).

Redline is defiantely out of business. Keith is no where to be found and owes a lot of people a lot of money.

Almost forgot. File a lawsuit against him for the amount you are owed. If he doesn't show you will automatically win and he will be forced to pay you.

I doubt any of us can sue for crap, he filled bankruptcy, and is out of bussiness, he pretty much gets away with it because of that

Yes and no! You will win a judgement but you'll never get your $$ :mad: Believe me, I've been down that road a couple of times with my business. In small claims court, you're on your own when it comes to collecting the award! This has been my experience :(

I lost money to that fawk faced ahole and was calling him to get my chit. Received letters from his attorneys not to contact him. As far as a lawsuit goes-no go- he filed bankruptcy under Redline and Keith fawkface Warren. Can't touch him at this point legally. We can make the rest of his existence as miserable a s possible by keeping everyone posted to his whereabouts, business operation, associations, etc and keep hammering him until you get your satisfactions worth -- I'm thinking it'd going to be a while for me. I don't have a means of tracking his whereabouts. If anyone has info, please pass it along.
