I am putting 35 spline outers on my Chevy 60 and the Warn hubs won't fit properly. It seems the stub is about 1/16 too long. I have all the seals on the stub correct. The dust boot, small plastic spacer, small seal, and spindle support bearing. When I install the Warn hubs, first the circlip location seems off. There is about 3/8 inch of free space before the hub.(it won't properly set the thrust of the stub) Then the hub is too long. When I install the hub, it will bind because the stub sticks out past the spindle 1/8 inch. Is this problem common, or did I mess something up? I pulled a '84 K30 manual and it shows I have everything correct. Any imput?
