Hey guys thanks for previous info on the twin stick 20.Now the next question who makes gears for the Dana 20 and what ratio's are available.I have heard that the Ford gears are like 2.6 and my bro in law has 2.03.Is there better options in the after market? He would also like to know if the 300 will bolt up to his t18 with 6:1 first gear. Will it clear alright in a 76 cj5 and will it be to long? Thanks in advance and BTW the twin stick in his jeep allows the front wheel drive only option.Pills popped out and he is ready to play.

Unless things have changed, O'brians only got 3.0 & 3.6 for the Jeep D20. The 4.1 & 4.86 are only for the D18 & Bronco D20

Jack's gears are between 1200 and 1700 depending on options. Talking to Jack is like opening a book of wisdom on building gears. He's elusive, I'll look for his number and PM you if I can find it.

Jack's shop is 4 Wheels West @ (916)773-3278. I don't think he has a web site but his e-mail is jack@unlimited.net
He claims his gears are ~50% stronger than stock & are designed to put less load on the bearings & case. They do appear to be top quality, but I'm no expert on that. He also designs gears for more high tech stuff like helicopters.
