Is anyone on the list using a Toyo Transfer Case in a Samurai?

I already have axles from a 4x4 pickup under my samurai.

What I am looking for is information on:
Fabrication of the Support
Intermediate shaft dimension
Divorced adapter, OTT or home made

I have communicated with wander4x4 and know how to build
a divorced adapter. I just need a machine shop near Boulder Colorado that does not charge a fortune.

TIA

I think a search on the zuk board would be in order.

However I will flat out tell you that I do not know the answer.

Just suggesting a means in which to find out.

I have performed the search !!

I had expected that someone had completed their
setup. I have looked at inchworm and allpro and ott. Sure the parts are out there but would it be a smooth conversion.

Everyone indicated that the yota diffs were a snap but only if you splayed the springs in the front.
Mine are as straight as they can be.

With the GRS and 4.375 and open diffs the zuk can
crawl up carnage canyon. Its the vibration that
is killing me. Its my daily driver.

I should take the plunge, I could always use the
parts on my 85 pickup
