Correct me if I'm wrong, but the lower receiver is the only "controlled" part?

Barrels, stocks, magazines, and upper receivers, and parts kits can be shipped directly to my door?

Some states have laws against hi-cap mags even though the fed AW Ban has sunsetted.

and barrels must be over 16" long unless you provide proof of MG reg lower or SBR stamp...only other option is the 10-11" with permanent FH to get to 16"...

But you don't need that to get the short barrel shipped to your house. Not saying it's smart to do it, but they will still ship it to you.

Usually, yeah. You can pretty much buy all parts (except lower receiver and M16 fire control parts) and theyll ship straight to your door. Some companies like Armalite or Fulton Armory are bastards and give you a bunch of shit (if you live in Kalifornia). Armalite wouldnt ship a complete upper receiver to my door because it had a flash hider which is perfectly legal for registered assault weapons.
