I think they started going to disks.. I was wondering..my 84 350 crew has a 70..but I wasnt sure of commercial trucks..anythings possible... Urban Redneck 04-26-2007, 12:50 PM 83 was the first year they were used, the doner truck was an 83 F-250 with a 460, T-19, TTB front end and a 10.25. There is no difference between an 83 & 92 10.25.:D A lot of people think that Ford first used the 10.25 in 85 that is why pinion kits and disk conversion start at 85. . Also those first to links didn't even have the correct info on the 9" as far as what the came in, gears etc. plus everything you rread on the net has to be true right? lol, if someone can provide a picture of one in an pre 85 truck that'd sure solve the issue. | |
