Does anybody use the np 200 transfer case from the older dodges? I was thinking of doing a divorce setup with it. I think it was divorced to begin with from the factory. I really could use some input thanks.:D

Talk to the guys at chucks trucks. Alot of them use that case. It's the poor man's Profab.

I've got two trucks that had NP 200. They are an old design that is prone to overheating at highway speeds. Gear design, inadequate bearings for high speed and all of the gears turn all of the time make them undesirable for swapping. Lots of modified old trucks have had them replaced with a NP205 to combat these problems, myself included.
