We will be setting up a single pass rock garden strip, the event will be a timed run with points for stopping, backing and/or hitting cones. Something different, but something the crowds in an arena should love, hopefully it will attract new poeple to the sport and our major events. Besides this could be the beginnings of the next wave of competitions, bring the rock to the people. We just signed a deal with the promoter on wednesday, I was not at the meeting personally, the details will be following shortly, s ome things such as quarranteed purse amount we are still working on. 2 days of competition, 2 classes, course will be set like a dash for cash(time/points) not like a regular CalROCS event. dates: july 6-7 Napa.
