How's this for carnage, aluminum shim breaks in rear spring pack...

And takes out the rear end of a Dana 300 t-case

Amazingly the case worked well enough to power the front wheels all the way out of the trail. (not my photo, taken by Steve the owner).

Same area got two valve stems, one a total loss. Alan ended up damaging/loosing the bead on all 5 of his BFG MT's over the course of two days.

Ok, you are going to make me bring out my secrete weapon!

It seems that several of the ladies decided it was time to cool off a bit in the water. However, wet white t-shirts leave little to the imagination!

As you can see here: :D :D

Chris,

No pictures of the wheel stand?

How about that cool front flex you got? Or is that the secret weapon?

Oh yeah, on the way home Dave lost a trailer tire (brand new), and the tread shot up over my vehicle at highway speeds.. Tire was still holding air though. A pretty rough trip on tires. 7 plugs for one of Alan's tires. (club record is 17 for one slash)

Was going to use those if Mark posted his wet-t-shirt picture, but it looks like he was bluffing.

Are those full size axles under that silver Sami? If so, what all did ya have to do to get them under there?

Yes very full! He's about 84" outside of tire to tire...

All you have to do is build your own custom coil suspension... :D

For those interest... ProRocks prep status from this weekend.

- I wired the onboard air (engine driven) and Steve plumbed it in Saturday. The 'freebe' switch we got only goes up to 85psi, he's got to pick up another switch so he can run impact tools.
- Jayson got all his axles (and the 3 complete spare sets) cut for full circle clips and the front reassembled with drive pucks (no lockouts, they take too long to get the axles apart).
- I also wired his Warn 8000i for inboard controls.
- Ram assisted steering is still in works. We've got his new tie rod installed (1-3/8 bar stock :) ), need to build the ram mounts for the axle and run lines. I tapped the steering box last week...
- Jayson installed the skid plate Sunday, and started working on some sort of tube doors.
- He still has to mount another battery to run the welder and organize tool kits.... And figure out where to put everything.. :D
