how low of a gear ratio can you run with 35 spline inners and outers before the pinion becomes the weak link on a dana 60 kingpin front?

depends on tire size

with 42" tires. Which ring and pinion would you run? Looking to do trails at the hammers with a doubler so I would only be 4:1 in the t-case.

what rear end? what transmission? are you going to drive this rig on the streets?

I broke teeth off of the ring gear and the pinion with 5:13 and 44 boggers of corse all hard bounces. I did that 2 times. Now I am rockwells:) .
