I am upgrading my 60 front to 35 spline stubs.

Whats the going rate for 30 spline outterss and brand new warn hubs?

Don't know about the stubs, but you might consider a different hub. 2 buddies have had problems with them locking/unlocking themselves. Read that you have to grind the end of the stub to fix it? Just to let you know.
I'm running Mile Marker on mine with no probs so far. Less $ too.

I am going to go with lockouts, the hubs wont work for me in this situation..
