If I stroke my 350 to a 383, will the tbi system adjust enough to run properly?

Or will something need to be changed?

I've done this very thing. All I had to do was buy an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to take place of the stock regulator. My truck was running too lean before, but after I swapped regulators, it ran and still runs strong. I bought a JET Performance regulator from Jegs.

I agree. Somepeople will tell you to run the 454 TBI....too much that doesn't match up and it may be over fueled with those injectors. The 5.7L TBI with the FP turned up may be all you need.....depending on what else you've done as in heads, cam, and etc.

i had a custom chip burned for my 383 tbi stroker and use adj regulator. other than that its all the same as for a 350.

If you can get a 454 throttle body I'd use it, but then put your 350 injectors in it for the correct fuel delivery amount. Because you get another 250cfm out of the bigger body.
You can use your existing fuel regulator and just turn the round thing at the bottom untill the tab on the side of the slot is at the top, and turn up the fuel pressure that way with out spending money on an adjustable one, that's what I did and it works great...

A 383 will not be airflow limited, it will be fuel limited......it does not sound like it is built too radical. Bumping the FP should take care of it. IMO, the 454TB is not worth it.
