I made these doors with toyota hinges
and the toyota latch.
They open and close the same as a regular door.
Seen where you guys cut a regular door and get
the same end result.
Only down fall that i have with them is ,
if it rains and you go on pavement you get wet.
Some one may have allready done this
but i haven't found it.

Looks good...awesome for visibility and multiple entrances/exits while checking out a trail. Maybe add some canvas or vinyl to throw on in case of rain?

Could you get some close ups of the door latch? I like the look of them! I was thinking of using plexie or Lexan when i make mine. It would keep debris off of me and still let me see where the tire is....

The reason i wasn't to concerned about the getting wet
thing is
i can put the regular doors on in about 3 minutes
and roll up the window.
i cut the pins out of two sets of hinges and
just pull the pins which are now 5/16 ths
bolts and change the door
here is a pic of the latch
they are the same as in a door
just some of the shit like the lock assembly
cut off of it.

I'm building some out of rigid conduit and diamond plate, just got to get better with the TIG on aluminum.
