Got a chassis or got 1 on order? That would be step #1.

Not yet, getting my sas, gears, tranny and frame done first. One step at a time..

sweet another east coast guy!!!! they are growing fast. i hear there will be double the number of ftoys at the next werock event.

as for suggestions. building a buggy takes alot longer than building a truck. so take your time and dont rush.

Not sure about getting into the competition yet. I think I might get into some of the east coast comp's once i get it straight.

Sounds like a good idea. My point was that it not as easy to get a chassis over here as it is out West. I'll pm ya my contact info. Get in touch with me sometime soon and i'll let you know about availability and what not. You gotta at least build to comp specs so there's potential for another rig out here. It's lonely being the only Ftoy at a comp.:grinpimp:

I would get the chassis ASAP. We're been building a lot around the chassis and would have needed to change many things to work wih the chassis had we built without it.

You definetley need a chassis to use for test fitting. Moving the motor, wheel clearence, and shifter clearence are just a few reasons I have needed my chassis so far.
