How much fluid does your system hold? I run a KRC racing pump, a one quart tank, a heat sink type cooler, hydroboost brakes and a 2x8 ram along with the factory steering box. The total system holds 3 quarts, but I am getting foam in the tank and the pump groans quite a bit after a few hours of running.

I was thinking about making a 1 gallon tank which would bring my system up to 6 quarts total. Anybody else having problems like this.

i dont have hydro boost ar a tank and mine holds 7

sounds to me like you have air in your system.
