i have a buggy thats 80% complete looking to trade for a beefed up tjor yj .haveing surgey in 2 weeks i will not have any time to finnish this project .looking to have somthing to wheel when i recover this summer
1-- main part of frame is 1.75X.120 wall DOM the cage is 1.5X.120 dom with 2 plastic raceing buckets .
2-- front axle is a hi pinion front king pin dana 60 spooled with 5:38 gears with high steer
3-- Rear axle is a custum built high pinion dana 60 with dana 70 outers with 35 spline mosher shafts with 5:38 gears
4-- front suspention is a 4 link front with 2.5''X1.25 currie jonny jointson either side of arm's joints 8 total for the front. with 2X2X.25 wall control arms for the lowers and 2X2X3/16 wall for the uppers.The front shocks are FOX 2.5''body 16'' travel nitrogen shocks
5-- Rear suspention is a double triangulated 4 link with 2.5''X1.25'' currie joints on either side 8 joints for the rear .The control arms are 2X2X.25 wall lowers and the uppers are 2X2X3/16 wall .The rear shocks are FOX 2''body 16'' travel nitrogens
6--- drivetrain a rebuilt 4.0 punched 60 over with a aw4 tranny with a hurst shifter.The t case is a atlassII 3.8 to1 with the 32 spline upgrade .The radiator is mounted in the rear it is a allumnium griffen with a flexalite fan.Also mounted in the rear is a 12 gal RCI fuel cell .
7--- tires there are 6-- 38X12.5X15'' suppre swamper's tsl 5 are mounted on beadlocks the other in mounted on a new blk waggon wheel.
8--- i have a new painless switch pannle with push button start and 2 toggles with wireing
9--- front steering is a 2.5"X1.5''bore PSC double ended 8'' travel steering ram with high steer arms from wagner machine
10-- tomwoods front driveshaft and 2 custom rear driveshafts
needed to complete ,orbital valve,wireing. tranny mount welding and some gussiting .
