Josh...
Mike and Mark are driving out here in the morning we can swing by and pick you up on the way out :D

Not sure what time yet I'll find out tomorrow.

Deer valley trail should be a go in about two weeks.

I just got my 6" coils for the front.
I need rear springs and wheels and I'm ready to go again.

Any one have any 15x8 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern 4.5" backspaced wheels I can have for next to nothing :D

I was on deer valley on memorial day. went up off of 4, crested and hit snow. went further and the snow got to about 8-10 foot drifts and we turned back. there was also considerable trees accross the trail in some spots.

I still had a good time though.

Hey Jopes how large are those trees that have fallen across the deer valley trail?

Just wondering if my saw will work or if I should dig up the larger saw.

lol I think one was around the 2ft mark in diameter. but it was short, maybe 15-20 feet. I bet a winch and strap could pull it off the trail.

if you have a smaller rig the other one you can go around and between 2 trees. if you have a full size your talking huge amounts of body damage or turn around or go around farther off the trial to make it around.

no matter what you do. your either going to make a few bypasses, or spend alot of time with the saw. I recommend the Saw meathod :D

I was going to go up to cut or move the trees so people can stay on the trail.

From what Don and bill told me the tree are not living, they have fallen on to the trail
Thus meaning a chainsaw is the only way to remove them off the trail

They are all dead trees. And obviouisly you did not see my note on the saw meathod to remove them.

Yes about the saw, none the less you posted a comment not well thought out on a highly visible internet site. As quoted:
"go around farther off the trial to make it around" It just does not look good despite your intentions.

I will agree with you there. I should have just bring the super saw with you to remove the dead trees from the trial.
