So I'm swapping in full width axles and I'll be at about 89" wide when all is said and done. I'm sure I will have to be more careful in tight spots (between trees).
What are your thoughts on how to get through without making a new trail or damaging a perfectly healtyh tree?

At 89" wide you shouldn't have a problem on the Rubicon. :)

my new rig will be 135" wide WMS to WMS....but on 50" long and it will have rear steer so I plan to just crab walk sideways through the tight stuff :D
or is this just a bad idea for a rig? :D j/k 89 is cool as lance stated. hell jiMMy is wide as hell and he wasn't even really tight on anything.

Thanks for checking in guys. But please note that this forum is dedicated to keeping the trail open and land use type stuff.
If you need help finding a good place to chat about rig buildups etc., just let me know.
Thanks, Del

Sorry Del,
I wanted to get information about my buildup as it pertains to treading lightly and figgured this is the forum.
I now hear that 89" is not going to be a problem for the Rubicon so I'm going to go ahead with my plans!
Thanks Lance and Silly,
and keep up the great work Del!

No problem, Josh. And if you have a Scout (IH), I hope you're connected to the Binder Bulletin. Great on line bunch of guys. :)
Good luck, Del
