speedo works fine up to about 45mph then it goes haywire. you let off the gas it goes to zero. pulled the cable out of the transfer case it still has a key on it. its in an 85 4 runner 5spd. also since this started i noticed a sound like a u joint going out. but they were both just replaced. over night i have a single drop of oil on the flange on the back of the t-case. thanks for any help.

found problem loose flange nut.
