: Adding To Cage, Need Suggestions... TxCruzr 05-31-2002, 08:19 PM I just got my 2nd RCI seat in and will be mounting soon. I need to get a bar added behind the seats for the 5pts and need some design help. Should I just do a straight bar across for the 5pts or some fancy diagnal stuff to give a little extra strength? This will give you the most bracing. You can then run the harnesses to those. Another option is to run a 'Y' harness to either the cage below the shoulderline or run the harnesses which are setup to run down to the floor height. TxCruzr 06-01-2002, 05:16 AM I already have the harness, they are Simpson 5pts, not the "Y" harness. If I didn't already have them I probaby would get the "Y" harness. These are long enough to run to the floor I think, but I have heard of that not being safe in a roll over. Thanks Joseph A.
