if you're mostly worried about that, you can access cleghorn from the siliverwood side. instead of comming in off of the 15, you come off the 138 near the railroad tracks area just before 138 gets twisty again and head south on the dirt. that road meets the part that starts from the 15 where the real part of the hard sections of the trail start.

then all you have to do after you finish the trail is loop from the last turn out by the lake, down 138. what's that 4-5 miles?? or park your trailer there in the morning and drive that first.

Can I do it in the 4 runner? :p Seeing as shaun is not gonna have a rig anytime soon.....:shaking::laughing::laughing::laughing:

the main trail can be done, but none of the offshoots unless you deside that the running boards are no longer needed.

heck its only been 2 days and i'm already bummed about my rig being down!!!

I was only kidding you dork. I'm not taking the transportation.
Guess you will be working nights and weekends to get her finished then huh?
Perhaps I could hitch a ride with one of the other people while you are working on the rig.....:grinpimp: Who needs a road dog?:homer:

You gonna put the same body back on that thing? Looks like the factory CJ body was pretty hammered.. I think its time for a buggy! I plan on putting in a kill switch somewhere, just gotta figure out where.

You're welcome. We enjoyed meeting/wheeling with you also. My stepson and I sometimes get bored and go run stuff by ourselves. Hit me up if you get the itch to go run something real fast sometime.

Donald
3053 you know the rest:flipoff2:

I might have to take you up on that. Thanks

Where exactly is this trail at?? I've heard about it before but never got a chance to run it. Is it anything harder then Holcomb or DC? Is it fun, scary, and exciting all at the same time?:D

cleghorn?? one of its starting points is right off the 15 freeway in cajon and it ends right next to silverwood lake.

from when i was there about 3-4 years ago, it was fun

well, the body is being kept for the moment, but the front fenders are getting replaced and the rear is getting the coners cut probably cause the rear axle is getting moved back.

This run was last weekend. Check page 9 and 10 for pics.

We will have to start a new thread for the next one. There is too much chit chat in here. :flipoff2:
