1970 Chevrolet K5 Blazer
Located in Dallas, TX but has Colorado "vintage car" plates.
List of Modifications:
Inside:
Custom door panels to match exterior silver paint
Nice black carpet on inside
rubber truck bedliner in rear
Custom rear seat to match front captains with seatbelts and headrests, also waterproof
Alpine stereo system (head unit is not functional but speakers should be fine)
Below dash 3-gauge pod with temp, oil pressure, and voltage
5-point racing harnesses (I didn't mount the crotch-belt but it will come with truck)
Harnesses are mounted to a custom roll cage bolted to frame, must see.
Outside:
HUGE custom front bumper... this thing is made from either 1/4 or 3/8 inch thick steel and houses a massive old ramsey winch (needs work) has a remote plug in on the left side of the vehicle.
Custom rear bumper w/ swing out spare tire holder and two jerry can holders
Billet Grill with two fog lights mounted behind it
Custom two tone paint Silver and Black (the black is bedliner spray for easy repairs to "trail scars")
Drivetrain:
Massive 454 engine with tons of performance parts... too many to list but a few are hooker headers with flowmaster 30 series dual exhaust, edelbrock carb and manifold, new radiator and harmonic balancer...
NP205 transfer case mounted to an SM456 tranny. 4-speed with 1st gear granny (super low). this setup is indestructible.
Stock front axle converted to GM 8-lug and a mammoth Corporate 14-bolt axle swapped in the back
4-inch suspension lift with generic mud-terrain 33's (30% tread remaining on three, one is brand new, and spare is pretty much bald... but it's a spare) Rancho shocks all around with fairly new boots.
Things wrong/need to be done in the future:
The soft-top is going to need to be replaced sometime... some of the buttons are broken and it's just kind of worn out
Will need 3 new tires (they're fine for on-road but not enough tread for off-road)
Couple dents, and some paint scratches
winch needs to be fixed/replaced, no idea what's wrong with it, never needed to use it, it's got a 454.
call/email with any questions or if you want pictures
