Yes. But not for comp tho. I have been looking arould and reading alot about them lately. I was looking on picking up a 80 ish toy pickup. my Q is what year is best for this. and want to see some pic of a 4 seater or a rear bench. Thanks still doing some reseach

any year will work...no one is best or better. just get a good running clean truck to start with.

alright after some more searching and stuff im getting more in to it. does anyone no if they going to have a formula toy in offroad expo? i want to see it and maybe get some tips first hand. so let me know if you guys have one there

not sure if theres going to be an F-TOY at the expo. drag yourself to the victorville area there are 4 F-TOYS and 2 X chassis within an 1/2 hours drive
and some cool places to wheel them. Oh and Fatkid is near here he builds the frames and Western fab builds some bling parts and of course Hidesert driveline
can take care of your drive shaft needs. and if you come out this way bring a truck and I,ll give you a LB toyota frame to start your build.

thanks benttoy. I keep that frame in mine, didn't see any toy at expo. I want to add that im not really looking to comp, with this rig. just so it could take more abuse etc then my fj40 right now

sweet built. Almost the same idea as i want to built mine. a 3/4 seater. how does a adult seat back there?

I fit fine but I'm 5'7" 160lbs. I'll get some bigger guys out at our anual club run to sit back there. Can you wait till Oct 20?

ya, pretty cool I'm not that tall i don't have to worry lol. ya i seen X-Chassis S/N 014. in person when i bought my trailer of him and that thing is nice.

Fj's are cool but you shoulda built the Ftoy.:D
