I'll be there Thurs evening I hope! Scout has some major stuff left, but we'll be busting on it every night this week. Why come it's always up to the last minute to get ready for one of these events?!?! :D

BTW, Skip's rig is as ugly as they come:barf:. Course, that might be due to the bus wheels & tires that are on it right now... I'm sure it'll look a bit better w/the 44's on it. Jimmy's running around like crazy & mumbling all the time. Yesterday there were 4 J**Ps in the shop as well as my pos & Skip's ... whatever the hell it is. Gonna be close!

Well, I pulled mine off the list of Jeeps to get done in order to get everyone else's finished up. So, I'll be rolling out there Sat. afternoon with my cooler full of beer.

Rob-- Quit you're bitching. We'll get it finished up. I've got the rest of the parts for the Scout in the back of the truck. You aren't kidding about Jimmy, I think he is about to have a nervous breakdown. If Tommy and Luis hadn't helped out I don't know where we'd be on Skip's.

Skip's is almost done. Just a bunch of wiring and misc crap to do. I think he's out there today working on it.

Rick's CJ's gears and lockers arre done.

Barker's- I got the yoke for his D300 in the truck so, I'll get that finished up tonight.

BAJG-- You still bringing me my D60 back or did you sell it off?

The Shop CJ or the "Rental" 's fuel injection took a dump yesterday. Need to find a new ECU for it. So, if any of you got a line on the Howell ecu part # for the AMC 304 let me know?

It was slated to be driven by one of Jimmy's buddies.

Ready to pull on the trailer now. Getting off work 0700 Friday morning and somehow trying to get there in time. Nothing like wheeling with no sleep.

John: I'll be at the shop Tues and Wed. How hard would it be to ditch the Howell and go back to carb and stock dist. on the rental? Time issue? We need to bring Clay back to the shop for the dad...dad... dad.... that would be fun to watch. Almost as much as me on the 50.

I think if we brought Clay out there he would just about lose it. He can't concentrate now. It's almost funny. Like waiting for a bomb to go off. I'll be out there again tonight.

Last night at 1:30 am we started talking about going back to a carb on the rental just to get it running. So we may end up doing that either tonight or tomorrow.

Just some wiring?!? Man, THAT's putting it mildly! Exhaust, front d-shaft (including intermediary cardon crap), cooling system, electrical..... But I guess it'll be rolling out of the shop tomorrow....

I ain't bitching, just be sure you're there again tonite. :) How far did you get after I bailed? Do I need to bring some battery cables or does Jimmy have some there?!

Rob-- Got the CTMs put in your axle shafts, got almost all the welding done on the front. And got the coolers mounted up.

Tonight I am getting the bitch running. So, we are wiring and plumbing lines. The radiator and fan are going in and I am cranking it up. The shafts are going in as well.

For the sake of simplicity---BRING Cable for the batteries and the switch. Make sure you bring the electric fan.

Got in my bed at 3 am this morning, so I am not sure I'll be staying real late tonight, but I'm sure that will change.
