I'll see you there. Its a fun drive. The Cali portion is the worse though. At least the other states have realistic speedlimits.

Yeah I was planning on it but I got hammered at work and can't get the time off for Washington and Donner. Washington is a lot farther away so it got the axe. I would have fought it harder if I could make Boyd, but I can't make that either. I'll be Elk hunting with my father that weekend.

What other comps do we have within 10hrs driving?

I'll be 2 hours a way and just found out that I'll be working the weekend. Anyone hiring instrument tech's. I'm tried of working 12's.

I would love to be there, and meet some of you guys and drool on your rigs, but my club is working with the club in the neighboring town to do trail work with the Forest Service. Local access opportunities trump FToy research opportunities.

Have you been out there before? What trails do you what to hit? I'm thinking Highway to Hell, Upper Ajax and the extension. If we blow thru those pretty quick, go pick up Axle Alley or maybe Woodys Wash.

Assuming you know how to access the afore mentioned paths, we will be in the winners column if we do them all. We may have our bud with his way over-built rubicon in tow, makes a good winch point... and a decent bread sandwitch. I was wondering, if you and i and wright racing arent at the Washington Comp who will come in last?? Kidding Mike.....not really.

Sounds like a great trip, I have never driven it before and I really want to . Work may be an issue , cant tell yet. If there is any way possible then we will be there.
