I have a Project vehicle and need to install a park brake on to the output of the transfer case. ( like Land Rover or the older LC's). I believe that a few companies make these kits, but I have had no luck locating them. I would also like a friendly price, so if there are any unused kits or secondhand kits laying around, I would like to hear from you!

you can use all oem toyota parts to do the conversion but you will not be able to get them from the dealer. try mudrak in sonoma CA or spectre.

Split Transfer Cases never came out with a park brake, so which OEM parts do I use???

Well that really is good news, I have only ever seen them on the old style cases. Please let me know which models had the park brake on a split case and I will see if I can source these parts. As you can imagine I would be happier with OEM parts compared to a kit.
