got the back of the cab cut out. i cut everything horizontally a few inches above the bed off, then i made a few vertical cuts and folded those pieces over on top of the bed.. i dont think its going to work, its just too uneven. ill probably hack those folded over pieces off and then find some metal thats easier to work with to cover up the gap between the bed and the cab.

i did the same thing on my old rig. it worked great.
