Both in good shape, located In south San Jose. I dont know the miles on the converter, but it worked fine in my tranny. I did a 5speed swap and the buyer of the auto tranny did'nt want the converter. free to good home, or bring me a 24oz of Coors light. :flipoff2: 408-888-9608
