now the only question/problem i have is when you turn the wheel all the way left or right i hit the steering stops that are on the knuckles. but i have like a quarter turn left on the steering wheel. so basicly the steering stops but if i keep turning the wheel the whole axle gets pushed to the side and im worried about cracking the frame.

whats the fix for this, do i just take those stops off? or is that bad for the wheel joints to go on that high of a angle?

anything that involves the brakes or steering i want done properly

i know i've seen on tech shows and read in magazines about sending in steering boxes for internal stops. i think i know where to find it i'll look and post later

yeah it looks like you can. they are like almost a inch on both sides. BUT what im worried about is it a good idea to turn the knuckles that much?

basicly what that line of thinking comes from is i had a s10 with the IFS on 33s and the cv joints lasted me 3 years going straight and taking wide turns. first time i had to take a tight turn they broke.

i know its a 60 but i just want to do it right

I thought I read somewhere you want to keep 30* or below. Can you measure?
