I got an 94 f150 2wd that I'm building into a prerunner but was curious if anyone knows if the suspension and axles interchange? as in leaf in rear spring pad width the same and if the front beams fit in the front suspension any help thx

Yes, the 2wd beams and rear axle are pretty much bolt in interchangeable. The only thing you may run into is that the 250 might use a 3" wide spring/pad vs your 2.5" one.
