I purchase a 2001 TJ with a rancho complete rk 2.5" system. It has the 9000 series shocks new front sway bar disconnects, rear swaybar links, track brackets, new brake lines, arms are Rancho red with the x cut patterns, new coils, transfer case drop etc.

my question is I want to get an additional inch or two. Since I am unable to call rancho during working hours at the moment, deployed. I hope someone knew the differences in their 2.5 kit and 4" kit. Is it just the coils? I want a few more inches and would prefer all suspension over the bl.

Thanks for the help. I have installed kits on all 6 of my jeeps in the past but never upgraded a current install.

just install some 4" coils, if i were you i would also look into a long arm kit if you plan on wheelin it hard, brakelines and everything else should work. The track bar brackets may not work, but you can usually just drill them out.

I wonder if rancho will sell the coils alone or will I have to look to an outside source?

They sale the coils, but depending on the ride your are looking for, Id shop around, all the big names sale the 4in coils for 200 or less for front, and same for rear. And all of them have different ride qualities. where are you deployed at? Im at COB Speicher in Tikrit.
