It appears Doc and everyone else can spend their pennies. Russia is going after those NATIONS who are building complete AKs without the appropriate manufacturing licenses...not individuals.

For if they did try and attempt to halt "gun builds" from kits and other materials by US citizens, that would surely be laughable.

While the one gent pointing out that they're going after *full* production stuff not kits, one point at the bottom of the article pretty much says it all, paraphrased says, "US, Iceland, Canada Et. Al do not have an intellectual property agreement with Russia in force.." meaning Russian patents arent recognised or enforced... ;)

If you have a true communist society, how can you have individual property rights? Wouldn't those "rights" belong to all the people living communally (the entire Eastern Bloc, really) at the time at which the invention was created?
