What size eye bushings do the 60" rear springs from 1994-? 1/2 ton Dodge trucks have?
I'm considering these or some 63" GMs. I know the GMs have 1 1/2" eyes.
The Dodge springs have the pins off set 2" so I was thinking about going with them for better departure angle.

Topic back from the dead. I'm getting these or some 63's this week and need to know if they use big bushings like the GMs or small bushings like the my current Dodge springs.

I just measured the dodge springs on my 96 1/2 ton and the chev springs on my 85 4 runner. The OD of the spring eye (not enough room to measure the ID) was the same on both the dodge and chevy springs.. 2.25 for the front bushing, and 3" on the rear (aprox measurments). Bushings IMHO look identical between the 2 springs, and do look alot bigger than the springs on either of my 77 dodges. If someone were to tell me the 2 springs were not made by GM or Chrysler, but insted by another company.. I woudlnt be at al suprised to fond out they both are from the same company.. they honestly look very similar.

i used GM's cause everyone on the trail uses them and the chances of someone having a spare would be better, but the dodge springs do have an advantage in the clearance department. i'd go the GM's:D
