FYI-
Thanks to everyone that sent in an email to the Inyo County Board of Supervisors. We generated well over 1700 letters of support, and the response from the Supervisors has been one of full support.
Along these same lines, we are expecting a vote in the next two weeks to determine if the County will join the lawsuit. I will keep people posted of the outcome.
Cheers

From my talking with them - yes. They passed a resolution two years ago that said they would assert rs2477 rights on any road that met some criteria. Surprise Canyon met their criteria, so they see this lawsuit as a chance to say "we meant what we said" and they don't have to pay for it :)

Big thanks to the group that have stepped up to the plate repeatedly thru major adversities to make this all happen. There is no doubt in my mind that the Benders do rule. :D
