: and this months winner for the all-pro give away.....................
first off i have to say that all you guys made a great effort and we really had a tuff time deciding who to select. there were some really great storys. but it was a contest and somebody had to win. so from All-Pro off road and pirate4x4.com i would like to congradulate dangerber on his impending wedding and his new set of hy-steer arms.
here is his story.
Once upon a time there was a little sammy who had outgrown his wimpy little toothpick axles. He sat in the garage, bleeding grey muck from a wound on his axle housing, it was a sad sight indeed. So, one day his owner got fed up, and scrounged up some toyota axles, so the sammy could be kewl like the toys. Well, the sammy got very excited, but his owner had to explain that he needed to buy many shiny and very expensive new parts before he could be as kewl as "camo" and the other toyota hardcores, and with a wedding in the near future, it seemed like the money for the fancy new parts would never show up. The little sammy sat in the garage, just hoping that someone would grant his wishes, and give him a free set of All-Pro Offroad HySteer arms, then all of his dreams could come true.
The End

Thanks Chris! I'll give you a call tomorrow.
desertPOS 06-04-2002, 01:04 AM just my opinion, but i think you should do the contest thing again instead of the drawing, that was more fun, and it gives those who really want to participate a good chance;)
Lemoore-on 06-04-2002, 05:42 AM Yep, I agree, Keep the contest format!
whitebrowithafro 06-04-2002, 09:21 AM Just one less thing that you have to buy Dangerber.....congrats:beer: :flipoff2: :D

It does bring a tear to my eye. It's hard work, being a loser.
Oh well, I guess I have to attempt to clean up my severly rigged front end without a new set of Hy-steer arms. My garage made arms will have to continue serving me well.
ErikB 06-06-2002, 03:05 PM I think is what it boils down to and the real reason you won:
