Shafts are not equall length, there is a couple of inches difference in them. If you want the setup without the spool I would take $100 off. Without the axles and the price stays the same, just the costs of shipping changes, the axle are just scrap to me with out the rest of the setup. Pulled the axles and the spare is the same length as the short side axle, 31". The long side is 34" so you coulds shorten it to 59.5" inches wms-wms by running both shorts.
