I have a 98 4.3l v6 in my cj7, it started missing really bad about a couple of months ago, i changed wires , cap, rotor, and plugs and still no luck!
i am running no smog and im pretty sure its running open loop!
The problem doesnt start untill it warms up, and usually around mid throttle or higher! it sounds like it might be advanceing or retarding while accelerating?
Any kind of input will be greatly apreciated, im lost:confused:

Did some testing on some sensors and found that i had a bad map sensor!!!

Glad you found it, chasing a random misfire isn't fun.
