Supra ECU compatability [Archive]

starting to get my parts together for the 7M-GTE swap. I've got the engine and wiring harness from an '89, but need to pick up an ECU. will the ECU from the earlier years (87 & 88) work? I know (at least I think I know) that the 90 - 92 ECU will work with the 89. thanks.
