teh reason I am asking is that I have a manche myself and I am trying to figure out what he/she is running there.

I see no front leaves, no front coils, and no front coilovers....what is holding that thing up there (or am I just blind?)

and for teh rear is he using chebby springs? that looks like too much lift for a basic SOA (I know, I've been there, done that)

I want some suspension info on this thing!

Looks to me like lowered coil spring mounts, and maybe the top of the spring, just above the tire.

I don't know any of the specifics, but it belongs to a guy who works in the shop at Mepco (Salt Lake City), unfortunately I can't remember his name.

lol, you're right...I am blind.

that is a joke though...he is using FACTORY xj springs on that much lift and the tj next to him is the same height........maybe that is a basic soa rear on factory manche springs....

That's a sweet looking MJ. It appears to have coils in the front and I can see what looks like a triangulated lower link.

I'm guessing he wanted to make a stinger. and he discovered he had no more sawzall blades or cutting wheels. He sent his buddy to the hardware stoore to pick some up.
Meanwhile he got impatient and sick of waiting so he bent a 20 foot stick in half and made his stinger.

So when it endo's you can flip back rubber side down again. :D

Or better yet do the Road Warrior shtick and tie you friends to the front hoop to scare the CHP.:p

so he can walk under it to grab the winch and not bonk his head?

Now just add a pulley at the peak and a sling on the front, run the winch through the pulley, and you got a wrecker that runs backward!

I think it would suck to drive with that thing on there.

It would block your view.
