Hey man, what kind of seats are those?

They look like those cheep plastic ones you can get from summit. Throw some extra foam under the seat cover and they realy arn't that bad for a trailrider.

They are the cheapies from Summit, Front ones are the new style with the three holes for shoulder belts, and the rear ones are the older style seats with the one center hole for shoulder belts.

this is true --- and put them at a gangsta lean ... then your ready to wheel..... they arent comfortable like all those 400 $ seats but well ,theyre 70$ so the are good enough for me

The cage looks sick in that beast. We are planning a trip with couple of fresh Blue Torch buggies out at Gilmer the weekend of July 22. I've passed you a few times on the trails at different places but have yet to see the beast go.

Sounds like the same group I'm talking about. I think they have only had them out once so far.

I'll be there in my pig along with my Brother in law in his tube buggy and hopefully a few more big rigs running Rockwells out of Carthage. It's looking like we are going to have a decent group of rigs that weekend so it should be a good time. I'll PM as it gets closer.

I'm trying to get the guy that owns the Sonoma on Rockwells to come out along with his buddy that drives the huge 4 door Ford on Rockwells as well.

I have a feeling that after riding a weekend so many full tube buggies I'll have to break down and build on for my self.:shaking: I've got all the parts to put one togeather it's just getting me off my fat ass to do it.

Hate to butt in to a get tripp planning, but were is Gilmer? How is it compared to Alto, that is about the closest spot to me and about the only one I have been to. I hope to try some new parks when I get through with my rig, maybe it will be a little more trail capable instead of just deep pits. Sorry for the high jack, great looking cage Shortsub. Would love to see something like that on old red, maybe an exo if I can get a bender and learn how to use it!.

RedChevy, Gilmer is a lil ways north of Longview, since your close to Shrevport, it shouldnt be very far from you. Its nothing like Alto. The park is based on Barnwell Mountain, all the trails basicly start at the top of the "Mountain" go down and turn back up. Lots of trails, Lots of ledges, lots of fun. End of Hijack reply.

The trails at Gilmer range from easy cruising to all out seat biteing crazy. Lots of short steep climbs with most having a ledge or two at the top and when it's wet you can forget making it up most of the harder ones. The longer trails have a bunch of tight turns so it's a must to have good steering in a long rig. If you ever make it out that away just let me know.
