warm it up with a torch.
if you don't have one
tie it to a tree and the other
to your car, truck, van or moped
and gently ease out on the clutch.
if that don't work ,
don't be so easy on the clutch.
hope this helps.

soak it in a warm bath of lemon juice and rust eater...blahh, blahh, blahh...

I dont know what it is but people are gonna tell you all kinds of rust eator, penetrating spray, etc...

Nothin beats the heat. Heat the part you want to expand though:)

To get back together (if you have troubles) bake at 500 degrees the part that needs to expand and stick the other part in the freezer.

Tried and true, works great, WAY better than you would think.

not sure if i can fit my driveshaft into the oven:)

i've tried heating and then spraying pb-blaster into it. pumpin grease into it just makes it come out the pressed in cap under the ujoint.

trying long bolts to hook it to the diff, heat , pb-blaster tomorrow. we'll see what happens. don't want to spend money on a shaft as i'm going dual cases in a couple of months/maybe sooner if this things fubar.

I agree with Fabricator...Hook one end to something sturdy, then another to the truck, and lightly pull...it'll come out...
