i need a new front axle for my tj was wondering if a used dana 44 or a 60 axle would fit with mods. what would be the closes that would fit. also so was wondering if any body can give me some tips on sortening axles. and any thing else that would make the chang easyer.

But dude, you were answered repeatedly in that thread.

Any axle would fit with mods. What you want to do is get a pair of matching gear and width axles at the width you want. Wagoneer axles work really well.
