: I blew a hole in my tranny....

Will I still get my core charge back? The hole is about 2"x4", 3/4 of the way back on the top of the case. It's a 4L60E....

if it is in the main housing no , but if it is in the tail housing/t-case adapter you should

dude, i give you mad props for blowing a hole in that what were you doing? also most people would probably laugh at you if you tried to get your core charge back with that. i would cover the whole thing with mud and maybe they wont notice.

The trans on my old daily drive had a broken housing (A4LD)and the trans shop told me $25. off for the bad housing on a 300 core charge.
