Yeah, I know. I just got the email this morning. I'll go empty it out.

Since it's now handy... I don't check it more than once a week or so. It's full because people send tech questions to it, then send the same thing again in two days when I haven't answered the first one.

I guess what I'm getting at is, if it's something that you have to have an answer to, right away, email and/or PM's aren't likely to get it quick. Phone at the shop is 720 652 0700--it's a dual-line rollover system, if I don't answer, it's 'cause I'm already on the other one. Keep trying.
