I was wondering those of you that are running those ford F-150 springs if you are running a traction bar with those or are the springs stiff enough to limit axle wrap.

i have one front and rear, they are too long and soft on my heavy turd to not have them, here are some pics of my t bars. front one, rear mount goes to teh trany/tcase cross member.

Hey thanks that is what i thougt because of them being so soft.
