I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IT I HAVEN'T REALLY LOOKED AT IT YET BUT IM TRYING TO GET AN IDEA. IM THINKING IT MIGHT BE A BAD CAT. CONVERTER. WHAT DO U GUYS THINK?
