Does any company make a spool (mini or full) for the 14 bolt SF??
Are lunch box locker any beter in a bigger axle like the 14 bolt?

And will the axles on the 14 bolt snap with 38x15's?

Thanks. :D

National Drivetrain I think was developing the spool but damn the Detroit is only $310.00 for the 14 Bolt. 14 Bolt laughs at 38's.....:D :p

Yea I wish!
I have the SF (semi flaotin) 14 bolt 9.5" ring gear
and not the FF (Full floatin) 14 bolt 10.5" ring gear

They both have 33 spline axles:D

  No help? Just weld the damn thing up!! Why spend money like that when you can weld it up and accomplish the same thing?

I am getting a custom 14bolt put in my truck cause i didnt want to go to 8 lug. Its from Right Gear in Salinas, CA, another company in Las Vegas makes the same kit. its a 10.5 in 14bolt FF made to a Semi Floater. So it is stronger than the 9.5in 14bolt and doesn't have c-clips. The upside to all of this is that it can be 6 lug. If you did want to go FF my buddy found this guy that with redrill to 6 lug and machine down the hubs for the 6- lug rim to fit. he charges 400 bucks to do it+ shipping to colorado. and you provide the axle.

I really don't consider it wasted money MJ, it was convient and not too much. to go FF six lug would take alot of machineing and since i have ifs going 8 lug is quite hard and costly i am planning on a SAS conversion but it takes time and money both of which i dont have so this was the easiest cheapest way to go. And it is the strongest thing i can get before going FF.
