I ordered a few small parts from them on the 23rd of last month. The gal told me I would have them late the next week. Today I called and they said they had not even shipped until the 31st (8 days later) and I should have them some time this week.

Anyone else have trouble with them, or was this an isolated incident?

I bought all kinds of stuff from them 2-3 years ago when I did my interior project and Heather was right on time with everything..........was that who you talked to?

I don't know about Cheyenne, but I think that goes for all of them because...
I've ordered from LMC before and got great and prompt service.
Then I ordered agaian and they said they shipped it, then they cancelled my order for no reason (really) and didn't even try to notify me. So I call them back and they say they don't know why they cancelled it. SO I odered again and again they cancelled it and couldn't tell me why.
I had to order..get this.. FOUR times before I finally got it shipped to me. And they could never tell me why.
It sucked because I was waiting on a new sending unit for my poly tank and couldn't drive around until I got the tank (and needed sending unit) installed.

I don't remember who I talked to, but it wasn't Heather. I did FINALLY get the stuff, but it will probably be the last order I place with them. All I ask for is fair service and a reasonable price, and I feel like only the latter was true here. It's not like there aren't other places to get this stuff.
