I have a 3200HD 110v Lincoln mig welder I use .023 wire for sheet metal. shortly after changing the polarity for mig use (was using fluxcore until I got a bigger welder with gas) the wire feed stopped working without warning.

Anyone seen this?

Liner might just need to be replaced. Is the motor turning?

Nope motor is not turning. I even turned the motor by hand both off and with the trigger depressed hoping it was just bound up or something.

It may have overheated. I have a 110 lincoln and if I weld for a long time (especially on hot days) the machine will overheat and shut off the motor. The fan will stay running however the motor won't kick back on until the temp drops.
